OverviewnThis position is responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical support for the maintenance department. This position provides direct support to the Facility Maintenance Manager.nResponsibilitiesn1. Plan and organize work to meet schedules and timelines.2. Provide day-to-day support to the Facility Maintenance department.3. Place and receive calls with various Vendors/Contractors in regards to projects/bids.4. Provide project support to management and processes when assigned.5. Organize, maintain and update specialized records, workbooks, planning tools, reports and files as required.6. Coordinate with various outside service providers and vendors.7. May perform other duties as assigned.nQualificationsnExperience: Minimum 1 year experience in a warehouse type environment preferred.n nEducation: Associates degree in business. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.n nProfessional Certifications: None.n nOther knowledge, skills or abilities: Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Proficiency is other Distribution Center software as required.n nWorking Conditions: Individuals in this position are required to work in a semi climate controlled environment that may be subject to temperature extremes, movement of mobile and fixed equipment that require detailed hand movements and coordination, possible exposure to hazardous products, dust and other conditions associated with warehouse operations.
