Family Law Solicitor/Legal Executive

Profile

Due to retirement we are seeking a Family Law Solicitor/Legal Executive to join us in the picturesque City of Hereford.  You will have extensive Family Law experience to include divorce and separation, financial matters, domestic abuse, and children matters in both private and public law.
You will need excellent client care and communication skills with solid experience within Family Law. You will be able to manage your own caseload.  The successful candidate will provide high quality advice, and client care, as well as demonstrating a detailed knowledge of family law work, have technical proficiency and a strong attention to detail.  You would have experience in advocacy and be able to demonstrate teamwork.
This is an excellent opportunity within an established Family Law Department for a progressive and ambitious candidate with at least 2 years PQE.

Commercial Property Solicitor
As part of our expansion of our highly regarded, well established Commercial Department we are seeking a commercial property solicitor to join us in the picturesque City of Hereford to provide professional commercial conveyancing services and assist with all aspects of commercial property transactional work including handling freehold and leasehold conveyancing transactions from initial client contact through to completion.
This is an excellent opportunity for a progressive and ambitious candidate with at least 2-3 years PQE who wishes to develop their skills and knowledge. You should demonstrate a detailed knowledge of commercial conveyancing work, good technical proficiency and strong attention to detail.
