Immigration Attorney
The candidate will represent clients before USCIS and the Immigration court, as well as drafting motions and briefs and and briefs. Represent clients in court or before government agencies. Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients. Visit clients at various immigration detention facilities. Review and prepare applications for relief and bond redetermination request and affirmative applications for immigration benefits. Previous immigration experience is a plus. Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills. Should have ability to speak and understand Spanish.
