The candidate must be licensed to practice law in the U.S. (Preference will be given to applicants barred in Texas). Should have 2 years removal defense experience. Must have excellent research and writing skill. Represent clients before USCIS, EOIR, BIA. Draft legal briefs, memorandums, motions and affidavits. Assist clients in collecting and organizing evidence. Represent clients in court out of state and detention centers throughout the U.S. Consult and provide legal advice to clients.
