Systems Engineers perform a wide range of duties; from delivering technical presentations and demonstrations to managing the evaluation process, conducting detailed requirements analyses, understanding the competitive marketplace, performing technical account management, and coding/delivering proof-of-concept and prototype projects. The most desirable applicants will have strong experience with Object Oriented software, a good foundation in software implementation, and experience in working with customers. Currently successful Systems Engineers at OpenFLEX have come from positions as software engineers, post-sales consultants, product managers, technical support engineers, technical trainers, and (of course) pre-sales engineers.
