The candidate will provide overall pre-litigation support to injury client and Attorney needs. Must be bilingual (English and Spanish). Pre-Litigation case management experience required. Medical records experience required. A high level of professionalism and a 'get it done' attitude
Works well with others required. A strong work ethic required. Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish required. Ability to prioritize and multitask required. Candidate must be responsible and highly detail-oriented, and organized. Provide excellent customer service and communicate with clients throughout their case required. Proficient in all MS Office Applications required. Experience with the "Needles" case management system required. Experience with medical malpractice and/or nursing home neglect/abuse cases required. Paralegal certification or college program completed required. Duties: Coordinate with Attorneys & move cases forward; Regularly communicate with clients regarding their case; Prepare legal documents; Manage a large personal injury docket; Set up claims with insurance companies; Coordinate injury treatment with medical providers. Must work cases by checklist. Should have personal injury law experience working a Plaintiff's personal injury docket, preferably with primary concentration on car and truck accidents and premises liability cases.
