Hunter Accounting Services, our fast growing outsourced bookkeeping service has IMMEDIATE part-time opportunities for experience bookkeepers with QuickBooks knowledge. Our ideal candidate will have spent at least 5 years perfecting their skills. We are looking for a flexible person who is computer literate (QuickBooks expertise essential), comfortable dealing with multiple clients, and ok traveling locally. Must be self-directed and enjoy handling multiple tasks simultaneously. This is a professional environment. Our clients are predominantly in the Northern New Jersey area.
Job Requirements:
Prepare journal entries, G/L posting, financial statement preparation
Computer literate—QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency a must
Reconcile bank statements
General knowledge of

Payroll and payroll taxes

Human resources
o
A/R
o
A/P
o
Sales tax
o
A/R collections (helpful)
