The candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and potential clients. Will greet in-person visitors warmly. Will also answer incoming calls with professionalism and warmth while efficiently transferring callers to the appropriate team member. Duties : Answer and transfer a high volume of incoming calls during business hours using a multi-line phone system. Welcome visitors to the office – including clients, potential clients, attorneys, and court reporters. Processing incoming and outgoing mail. Assist in ensuring the reception area and conference rooms are presentable for all visitors to the office. Should be personable and approachable demeanor. Must have excellent communication skills.
