e-Discovery Counsel (Staff Attorney)
The candidate will be responsible for: providing substantive legal advice concerning electronic discovery issues, including all aspects of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM), to the eDiscovery team, case teams and clients; developing defensible strategies for eDiscovery collections, processing, culling, searching, and productions; interfacing with opposing counsel and tribunals regarding eDiscovery issues and disputes; and advising clients regarding records management and data governance issues that relate to or impact the discovery of electronically stored information (ESI) in disputes proceedings. Work effectively with the eDiscovery team to provide the full range of eDiscovery services to disputes teams and clients and be a thought leader within the firm on eDiscovery and data governance issues. Must have 5+ years of experience.
