The candidate duties include: Enter information into our law practice database; Schedule and coordinate calendar and appointments; Assist in preparing correspondences, pleadings, and discovery; Communicating with new and current clients, attorneys, etc. Answer and make calls; Scan and electronically file documents; Assist with other administrative tasks; and Search public records databases and internet sources for information related to case. Experience of 1 year (Required). Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, online research, and be able to meet tight deadlines. Must also be self-motivated and able to work both independently and as a team player. An AA or BA/BS degree is preferred.
