Internships for Winter/Spring 2021
Duties: Under the supervision of experienced staff attorneys, the student will serve as part of a Seattle-based team of legal services advocates who work cooperatively, with other providers, in bringing high quality representation to indigent individuals and communities in King County. Will aid attorneys with legal research, interview and advise clients, and assist in case planning. Depending on the needs of the team, students may also: help develop self-help materials for pro se litigants; develop training materials for staff and clients; work on outreach to client communities; participate in debt clinics; work on other special projects.
