National law firm is seeking immigration Paralegals seeking jobs with extensive business / corporate backgrounds. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience handling H1B, L1A, L1B, L1, E3, E2, TN, B1, B12, PERM and RFE petitions.
Senior level business immigration paralegals seeking this job will be responsible for the quality of the team’s work, ensuring deadlines are met and the firm’s privacy and confidentiality policies are followed.
All business immigration paralegals should demonstrate professionalism, a “positive” attitude as well as possess strong knowledge of procedural requirements for various types of nonimmigrant and immigrant visas.
Key Responsibilities
Perform duties related to case work including intake, drafting and filing of petitions and applications.
Maintain client relations with regular communication regarding procedural and case processing issues, status reports and client billing.
Provide administrative support to prioritize and assign cases, monitor workload and production, case status and review
Required Skills
4-10 years of paralegal experience with an immigration law firm or corporate immigration department
BS or BA Degree
Demonstrated experience with drafting and filing immigrant and non-immigrant petitions, including Outstanding Researcher and PERM as well as drafting RFEs and PERM Audit responses.
Available for overtime as needed
