What We’re Looking For:
The
Student Engagement Workshop Leader
leads, manages and facilitates our Student Success and Orientation Events, as well as Computer Literacy Workshops for enrolled students within our University Partner program offerings. Reports directly to the Director of Central Student Services and collaborates with local and regional counterparts, including Student Engagement Specialists, Student Success Managers, Program Support Managers and Regional Directors on the Field Operations Team.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
Leads, manages and facilitates our Student Success and Orientation Events, as well as Computer Literacy Workshops for enrolled students within our University Partner program offerings.
Creative, engaging, and inspiring workshop facilitation within a virtual delivery to a potential audience of 50-100 participants per session, with a cadence of multiple workshops on a weekly basis.
Assists in the creation and adaptation of our ongoing workshop portfolio from a content and delivery perspective
Things That Should Be In Your Background:
Bachelor’s degree required
2 years of professional experience directly related to workshop facilitation/public speaking and academic coaching in an online environment
Creative thinker who can effectively manage an online classroom/workshop experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to present information to groups in a clear, concise manner
Proficiency with platforms such as Zoom, Salesforce, Slack and Canvas
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
Proactive, adaptable, flexible, and able to pivot when the business priorities shift.
