Overview:

Mercy Convenient Care - Yukon is currently seeking an Advanced Practice RN or Physician Assistant to join our Convenient Care clinic attached to Mercy Clinic Primary Care in Yukon. At Mercy Convenient Care, we offer our patients urgent care access to walk in without an appoint and get the medical attention they need at a lower cost and with a shorter waiting time than a typical emergency room setting. Our providers see both adults and children of all ages. 

Qualifications:

• Required Experience:  A minimum of (1) year in an urgent/convenient care clinic setting OR emergency room required. Providers often work independently. 
• Required Education: Successful completion of an accredited Master's Degree Physician Assistant OR Nurse Practitioner program (FNP)
• Licensure: Licensed by the State of Oklahoma Medical Board as a Physician Assistant OR the state of Oklahoma Board of Nursing and recognized as a Nurse Practitioner (APRN-FNP)
• Certifications: National Certification as a Physician Assistant OR Nurse Practitioner (APRN-FNP.) Those not have national certification at time of employment must obtain their certification within (1) year.
• Other: Must be comfortable working with all ages. Suturing and splinting are required.
