The candidate must have primary area of expertise is Environmental Law with a willingness to teach either Civil Procedure or Property. Should have scholarship aligns with firm’s mission of social justice and members of communities traditionally under-represented in the legal profession. Must have research and teaching that will contribute to firm’s commitment to solving societal and environmental problems, and advance firm’s position as a national university leader on environmental research, policy and justice. Must have J.D. or LL.B. degree from an accredited law school and have distinguished academic credentials. Must clearly demonstrate the potential for excellence in research and teaching and have a record of (or clear potential for) distinguished scholarship.
