SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...
Partner with key business and technical stakeholders to enhance current solutions and develop new ones.
Create detailed requirement specifications for enhancements to existing or development of new functionality related to ever evolving CPQ space.
Ensure successful delivery of business automation roadmap and build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Provide input into and oversight of project definition and solution design for requested new features and operational enhancements for internal systems.
Conducts research and interviews subject matter experts to create As-is and To-be process flows. Applies critical thinking to evaluate cross functional dependencies.
Act as the subject matter expert for CPQ platform capabilities in terms of Product Configuration, Pricing, Quoting, Ordering and Contracting capabilities required for different business models. (E.g. traditional CAPEX, Subscription(HW/SW/SaaS), Professional Services (i.e. One-time) and Renewals (HW/SW/SaaS)).
Identify tasks and work with the application administrators, integration and development team to estimate delivery of proposed projects/automations.
Prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
Comfortable with heavy involvement in user acceptance test planning.
Work independently as well as collaboratively with a cross functional team.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...  
5 years’ experience in Q2C areas with focus on Sales Cloud enterprise applications.
1 years Salesforce/SteelBrick CPQ Implementation/hands-on experience.  
Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
Salesforce Admin Certification or related working experience is required.
Able to perform all configuration related activities in CPQ/Salesforce and drive/perform the production deployments.
CPQ Specialist Certification from Salesforce is a plus.
CPQ implementation/integration experience with ERP, any Billing, or Subscriptions system is a plus.
Knowledge/ability to work on CPQ plugins/scripts is a plus.
Understanding of Salesforce Platform/APEX limitations and setup/architecture is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high energy environment that requires flexibility and the capacity to quickly learn and assimilate information/new skills.
Working knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies (Agile and Waterfall).
Well-honed organizational skills, focus and attention to detail.
