Duties: Responsible for Work-based learning (“WBL”) program, as assigned, monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and reporting requirements. Tracking information on all student WBL outcomes. Insure that all Work-based learning offerings are in compliance with federal, state, local, district, and other applicable regulations, codes, procedures, policies, and any grant metrics. Responsible for leading employment outcomes and related performance metrics onto Launch Board and/or other reporting formats. Teach general business, marketing, and Work-based learning courses. Design and implement innovative teaching methodologies in the above-mentioned fields and phases of curriculum. Adapt instructional techniques to accommodate varied learning styles and a variety of teaching modalities, including distance learning.
