PRODUCT TECHNICIAN & SUPPORT SPECIALIST (IT)
We are looking for a career-oriented, experienced Technician with IT and product specialist skills interested in security, networking, and audio/video systems for residential and commercial applications. Candidate should be familiar with networking, building computers and installing software. Candidate must possess strong customer service skills and have the ability to explain things simply. Some training is included, references and 3 years minimum experience is required. Duties may include but are not limited to: services calls, installations, configuring camera systems and teaching customers how to use them. And configuring networks and Wi-Fi systems for large and small environments. Good candidate must be able to maintain detailed documentation using in-house web portal, Microsoft Word and Excel. Potential employee must have a valid California driver’s license and be able to pass DOJ background screening.
