Case number imports and court exceptions for suit filings. Service Exceptions, mailing exception tasks codes, and point of contact for process server relationship. Motion preparation, assembly and exceptions Review. Skip tracing docket for skip tracing results on demand and service outsourcing, including letter returns. Daily Routine support. Court rejections/Attorney rejections for all above tasks. Support per week with working sessions with management on workflow. Review workflow opportunities for automation and continued improvements. Should have solid written and verbal communication skills. Must have High School Diploma. Intermediate knowledge of MicroSoft Office is required. Skills: Microsoft Word. Microsoft Excel.
