JD and licensed to practice in the state is required. Should have 3-6 years of experience as an attorney at a law firm or in an in-house capacity for its Data Protection, Privacy and Security Group. Should have a strong interest in working in a dynamic, global data protection practice, as well as strong analytical and writing skills, good business judgment, and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently under significant time pressure. Should have prior technical or practical experience with privacy or cybersecurity, cyber incident response and crisis management, digital investigations, or civil litigation.
