Entry level Junior Associate Attorney
The candidate will represent clients in court - argue motions - trial. Will prepare and draft legal documents for all phases of litigation. Take part in settlement negotiations. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Should preferably have 1-2 years of experience in civil litigation in general; and California wage and hour law. Excellent writing skills essential. Should have an active California Bar License. Must have 1+ year of experience in Civil litigation. Basic familiarity with labor/employment law, especially wage and hour law including class action practice, and the desire to learn to draft complex motions, oppositions and discovery essential. Strong analytical and problem solving skills are needed.
