Bilingual Intake/Customer Representative
The candidate will handle a variety of tasks related to inquiries from current and potential clients and obtains information to help the Attorney(s) determine which cases will be accepted for representation. The position requires excellent customer service/customer relations skills. Must have High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 3 to 6 months related customer service experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Bilingual Preferred (English/Spanish). Must be fluent in Spanish and English with the ability to speak and write in both languages.
