Director, Human Resources
The candidate responsibilities will include developing human resources strategies and implementing/ managing programs in the following areas: compensation and benefits, HRIS, performance management, business continuity, workforce planning, recruiting, wellness, diversity, HR policy development and execution, employee relations and engagement. Should have 10-15+ years human resources management experience in successively progressive positions of responsibility. Leadership experience in a professional services firm is required; mid-size professional services and/or law firm experience preferred. Depth of experience in most functional areas of Human Resources, including but not limited to: compensation and benefits, HRIS, policy development, compliance, employee relations, performance management, recruiting and diversity. Must have successful history of leading the development and implementation of HR programs which provided positive results. Experience with working with multiple and/or remote offices required. Should have excellent interpersonal, communication, and operational skills. An undergraduate degree - MBA preferred. SPHR and/or SHRM– SCP certifications preferred.
