SUMMARY
Global Technical Service. LLC, a subsidiary of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is currently seeking a DevOps Lead in support of the Air Force Logistics Command.  This DevOps Lead will support Agile Vision Logistics (AVLog) to deliver value across an enterprise portfolio. 
We are seeking a high performing, seasoned DevOps Lead and Evangelist to join our team. You’ll help us to conceptualize, plan and execute enterprise scale DevOps Transformation initiatives.  We are looking for a seasoned leader to visualize and craft best-of-breed automated CI/CD/CT pipelines.
You have demonstrable experience leading and running high performing engineering teams, and possess a highly technical background. You will be responsible for uplifting teams, mentoring and coaching through significant transformations that many find challenging.

Technical / Leadership Qualifications
Strong background in DevSecOps tools and pipelines for different technology eco systems such as Java, .NET, Mainframe, COTS and SaaS products
Experienced level understanding of build and deployment systems, system configuration, job configuration and debugging
Experience setting up complete end-to-end fully integrated delivery systems (source control management, build tools, artifact repositories, deployment and monitoring systems)
Experience with automation/configuration
Working understanding of code and script, particularly used within build pipeline automation
Knowledge of standard methodologies and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service. Strong grasp of various automation tools
Successfully led teams through major Agile and DevOps transformations
Proven leadership experience - leading, not just managing
Proven track history of taking complex delivery problems and creating leaner, more collaborative solutions
Demonstrates clarity of thought and expression to win confidence of senior leaders and team members
Can explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Education / Experience / Certifications
15 years overall experience covering application development, architecture, quality assurance and production support
5 years industry experience in DevOps architecture related to Continuous Integration/Delivery solutions and platform automation
6  years of experience in software delivery leadership in an Agile & DevOps practice, with roles of increasing responsibility, and shown experience developing and leading enterprise initiatives.
Minimum of 5 years of technology experience, leading DevOps architectural designs
At least 2 years of system level architecture experience is a plus. Preferably in cloud and distributed environment platform
Minimum 5 years of experience handling application build, configuration management, deployment & release engineering
In-depth understanding of microservices and containerization, components and orchestration
Architected solution and deep expertise on Cloud (Pivotal Cloud Foundry, AWS, Azure), setting up CI-CD for PaaS is a plus
Deep knowledge of infrastructure provisioning an implementation experience in automation of environment provisioning
Exposure to various cloud services. Good in-depth hands-on understanding of AWS, Azure and PCF components
Experience in leading the creation, oversight and ongoing operationalization of shared service environments. This includes extensive experience in advanced/sophisticated IT end to end life cycle management, leading application development and/or application management team(s)
A track record of increased responsibility (promotions) based on performance
A Bachelors college degree is required, A Masters is preferable, plus relevant IT industry experience
Must be US Citizen
NACI or SECRET security clearance preferred
