What You'll be Doing / The role:
As a Product Manager at Code42 you will be involved in every aspect of the product development process partnering with customers, stakeholders, designers, and engineers to identify customer problems, solution options to solve those problems, and bringing solutions to market. You must have experience effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results.
What you'll be doing:
Collaborating with business partners on strategy and roadmap
Leading and coordinating with other Product and Engineering leaders to successfully meet market needs
Working with UI/UX designers and engineers to develop experiences that will delight customers
Providing partners, in engineering and design, the right level of context to deliver market value.
Creating, refining, and prioritizing the product backlog
Writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria
Partnering with Launch Manager to coordinate and execute product launch
Engaging with sales, field services, and customers to both evangelize the product and also handle any customer escalations and product feedback
Skills and Requirements:
3 years of experience in product management or product ownership, with increasing responsibilities.
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Excellence in partnering with key customers and stakeholders
Track record for data analysis or, partnering with data analysts, fto support data driven product decisions
Strong grasp of user experience and user interface concepts
Proven track record for driving results across multiple teams.
Technical knowledge with operating systems, browsers, etc.
Where permitted by applicable law, must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine by date of hire to be considered for employment, if not currently employed by Code42.
Preferred:
Experience in one or more Information Security areas like: EPP, DLP, CASB, EDR, XDR, FIM, FAS, UEBA
Experience working with Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Experience with cloud based collaboration tools
Broad understanding of information security principles and how security teams manage insider risks.
Experience with industry and regulatory standards, such as NIST, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SSAE 16, ITIL, and COBIT
