Responsibilities
The Provider Data Management & Contract Load Professional 2 maintains large provider data files on a monthly basis, scrubbing data, set up data for automation utilizing Excel/Access databases and verifying data for accuracy. In this position you will:
Maintain a database in Microsoft Access to automate providers for Medicaid and other Lines of Business
Prepare monthly directory files for automation
Update Mentor documentation for Medicaid Provider Directory
Identify and correct contract loading errors to decrease claims payment issues
Assess complex data sets and reviewing root causes
Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas
Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed
Follows established guidelines/procedures
Required Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree or three years of Provider Load knowledge
Knowledge of Provider load
Knowledge of one or move provider load systems (CAS/MTV/PIMs)
Proficient using Microsoft Word, Intermediate excel, and basic access
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Proven ability to maintain emotional intelligence in a fast paced environment
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
CAS, MTV, PAAG or APEX
Previous Claims or Provider Installation experience
Advanced degree
Humana Provider Process experience
CRM experience
Knowledge of how to run PACT, CAS to PIMS reports
Work at Home/Remote Requirements
Must ensure designated work area is free from distractions during work hours and virtual meetings
Must provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a workspace (Satellite, wireless and Hotspots are prohibited). A minimum standard speed of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) for optimal performance of is required
