Humana's Enterprise Shared Services (ESS) organization is expanding the Knowledge & Learning Solutions team and looking for an Associate Director that is experienced in search products and implementation. This newly created role leads the governance, operational support and management of Humana's enterprise search and knowledge management platform and experience. The Associate Director, Experience Strategy & Transformation enhances our associates experience by architecting experiences and building capabilities for our enterprise search and knowledge management. This role requires a solid understanding of how organization capabilities for unified search and knowledge management interrelate across function(s).

Responsibilities

The Associate Director, Experience Strategy & Transformation leads the transformation and development of Humana's enterprise unified search and knowledge management experience to drive the current and future vision throughout Humana. This includes product/program ownership and leading a team responsible for driving customer service, digital, analysis, data governance, standards and Taxonomy. Additionally, this Associate Director will lead and develop a team of approximately 4 direct reports and potentially 2-4 contractors.

For anyone located within 50 miles of Louisville, this position will start as remote/work at home due to current COVID restrictions, but will resume as a hybrid position once restrictions have been lifted and it is determined safe to return to the office.

Required Qualifications


Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related work experience
6 years of technical Strategy and Transformation in Consumer Experience
4 years of direct people leadership experience
Proven ability to create a vision for design and deliver on it, and success in driving change across the enterprise in healthcare or similar environment
Prior experience driving product vision, strategy and roadmap
Prior experience managing enterprise-scale processes, standards, quality measures and best practices across stakeholder groups
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with executive and business leaders and other key partners to drive results
Prior experience working in a consumer centric company
Progressive business and financial analytics experience with a focus on business and execution strategies
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences


Work at Home/Remote Requirements


Must ensure designated work area is free from distractions during work hours and virtual meetings
Must provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a workspace (Satellite and Hotspots are prohibited). A minimum standard speed of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) for optimal performance of is required


Preferred Qualifications:


Master's Degree
Experience in a healthcare and/or Insurance setting
Experience implementing an Enterprise Search and Knowledge Management solution
Learning Systems Experience
Experience with Coveo and Verint
