CX Designer

Profile

Responsibilities:
Lead application design blueprints including wireframes, roadmaps, workflows, personas and scenarios that enhance user experience and results in improved metrics such as efficiency rates and user satisfaction of the app.
Create effective solutions for the Reg Relations EREP platform, supporting websites and email communications.
Ensure consistent, high quality designs that align with brand and accessibility standards.
Partner with other leaders to establish a creative and highly collaborative culture, design strategies, and related tools.
Partner with product leaders, listen to their project specs, and translate their requests into design requirements.
Partner with research and business partners to ensure all design decisions are well grounded in data and industry best practices.
Work with developers and testers to ensure proper implementation of designed solutions.
Lead and facilitate ideation sessions to support product development using Design Thinking methods and principles, in close partnership with stakeholders
Must Haves:
7 years relevant experience
UI (User Interface) experience
Customer experience (cx) design
Visual design experience
Business process to functionality experience
Agile experience
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience working at a large company dealing with large applications and large datasets – preferably banking or finance
Advanced MS Office skills [powerpoint, visio, etc]
Experience with wireframes, roadmaps, & workflows in order to enhance user experience
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
