Special Asset Analyst
The candidate will assist borrowers in successfully honoring their financial responsibility and retaining ownership of secured property. Work with attorneys representing Bank during the life-cycle of legal actions such as repossessions, short sales, foreclosures, and bankruptcy. Track completion of action items in satisfaction of legal, regulatory, and Bank requirements. Identify process improvements and create an integrated workflow that demands response to regulator triggers, provides reporting and monitoring of all phases of the asset as it moves to closure. Work independently, use good judgment and make decisions on the disposition of the asset.
