The candidate should have extensive experience in legal research and writing. Must have stellar research and writing skills, an eye for detail, autonomous, and willing to work in different capacities. Must be able to take on multiple tasks and complete them in a timely and efficient manner. Will be expected to provide a full range of administrative, transaction, and litigation support including client services, document creation (letters, emails, motions, briefs, memorandums, corporate documents etc.), administrative filings, court filings, billing, calendar maintenance, and answering telephone calls/client intake Business transaction and litigation experience is a plus.
