Overview:

 

Mercy Hospital Springfield - Critical Care is seeking a Physician Assistant who has an interest in providing patient care in our ICU on a PRN basis. Mercy Hospital Springfield has a comprehensive intensive care program with over 70 beds, 24/7 critical care and hospitalist physician coverage, ECMO, medical, surgical and neuro/trauma ICUs. 

Qualifications:

• Experience: Knowledge and demonstrated ability in diagnostic and therapeutic techniques required to practice medicine within the scope of practice of the supervising physician.
• Required Education: Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Licensure: Recognized as a Physician Assistant in the State of Missouri by the State Board of Healing Arts.
• Certifications: Certification or pending certification by the National Committee for Certification of Physician Assistants.
