Washington Township Schools seeks a visionary and collaborative individual to serve as our diversity, equity, and inclusion leader. The successful candidate will have expertise in inclusivity and diversity in an educational environment and a proven record of strong leadership, management, and program implementation skills. The Director of Equity and Inclusion will provide expertise, leadership, and collaboration in all areas of the school district and is integral to fulfilling our commitment to recruiting, retaining, and supporting a diverse staff, educating a diverse student body, and creating a safe and welcoming environment for all MSDWT stakeholders (students, parents, faculty, staff, and community partners). The Director of Equity and Inclusion will collaborate with district stakeholders to continually transform into a more inclusive and supportive culture.
