Criminal Justice/legal Studies- Assistant Professor
The candidate should have a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and be licensed to practice law. Knowledge of, and professional experience in, civil law and experience working with paralegals are also required. Preference will be given to applicants with experience teaching in the field of legal studies, experience with program management, and knowledge of the ABA-approval process. Will be able to provide evidence of teaching excellence and the ability to engage in distinctive scholarship activities. Will also be expected to provide leadership for the Legal Studies program. Should have ability to engage in justice-related community outreach programs and projects is desired.
