Construction Administrator - Multi-Family - Residential Construction
Salary - Depends on experience
My client a growing Real Estate Development company is seeking to add a Construction Project Administrator to their growing team. They are seeking the following qualifications:
Experience on Multi-Family, Commercial and/or Residential Construction projects
Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented
Ability to Multi-task and work independently
Experience with preparation/distribution of subcontract agreements, POs, RFIs, Submittals and change orders
Knowledgeable in Construction softwares is a plus
