This position starts at $17.30/hr. with a shift increase for second shift and overtime.

Position Description:
POSITION SUMMARY: Position is responsible for washing combos and assisting in the Raw Meat Production process.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operate Vat Washing equipment for sanitizing combos
Conduct pre-rinse on combos.
Inspect and document damage to combos.
Maintain accurate records of combos cleaned.
Back fill positions on Grinder, Pre-Blender, Final-Blender
Operate Floor Jack
Maintain min/max levels of PPE for department.
Gather cardboard for recycling
Maintain clean work area
Must posses 6-month operator experience
Requirements:
Lock-out Tag-out Certification.
Knowledge of basic food processing compliance; Safety, GMP's, USDA, OSHA, etc.

Ability to push, pull and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly during shift.
Stand on hard concrete floors up to 10 hours per day
Ability to climb step ladders and stairs
Cold temperatures ranging from 40-70 degrees.
Wet and/or humid conditions, slippery floors in some areas.
Repetitive bending, reaching high & low, squatting, gripping & pinching with hands/fingers.
Use of Personal Protective Equipment.
Ability to work overtime and weekends.
