Responsibilities: Leads, organizes, develops, implements, and monitors Employee Relations (ER) center of excellence (COE) processes within HR; including PIPs, CARs, audits, and Ethics Helpline HR cases. Leads, manages, organizes, develops, implements, and monitors metrics, activities, and projects within HR Employee Relations group; including PIPs, CARs, and Ethics Helpline HR cases. Leverages continuous feedback from frontline employees, managers, HR, and key stakeholders to improve ER processes . Handle escalated employee relations issues and activities for the organization; including PIPs, CARs, HR ethics investigations, and difficult conversations. Assisting/counseling managers and employees in the resolution of employee grievances. Includes conducting preliminary interviews and documenting findings/recommendations. Includes advising managers on dealing with employee grievances using authorized processes. Anticipates and plans for long-term resource needs and trends that may impact Employee Relations team. Develop plans and strategies to ensure adherence to all company compliance and employee relations initiatives by working with business unit HR leadership across all brands.
