The candidate's responsibilities include: Answering a high volume of calls received and/or transferred from the main switchboard and new case line; Initiate phone calls in response to electronic inquiries for new cases received through Intake Screening Portal; Screening and collecting information in order to determine viability of claims for Worker’s Compensation and Social Security Disability claims; Screening and directing calls to the appropriate parties for review of potential VA and Disability Pension claims; Scheduling appointments; Electronic Sign-Ups. Sales experience required. Excellent multitasking abilities required. Communicate effectively and respond with empathy to claimants who are dealing with difficult circumstances required. Fluent in Spanish required. Proficient typing skills required. Computer skills and a knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel programs required. Spanish required.
