Duties: Manage labor and employment issues throughout the US. Responsibilities include providing practical advice and counseling regarding general labor and employment issues such as those relating to wage and hour, discrimination, disability accommodation, performance management and discharge. Managing litigation, including class action litigation, and the assessment, selection, and supervision of outside counsel. Work actively with internal clients in the Human Resources Department and requires the ability to travel and work extended hours when necessary.
