Assistant/Associate Professor (Property Law)
The candidate will teach Property Law as well as other classes depending on the needs of the School of Law and on the successful candidate's area of expertise. Must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school or its equivalent and an outstanding law school academic record. Factors to be considered in assessing the academic record include: rank in class, participation on law review, participation in other co-curricular activities such as moot court, honors received, and other factors relevant to academic performance.
For Associate Professor rank: Significant law teaching experience and demonstrated achievement in scholarship. Duties: Classroom instruction, research/scholarly activity, and other duties as assigned by the Dean.
