MSAccess to Salesforce API Data Transfer

Profile

MSAccess to Salesforce API Data Transfer
We have an existing case management system that utilizes Microsoft Access as a front end (user interface) and SQL server as a back end. Another organization has a database built in Salesforce. We want to transfer data to that database in Salesforce utilizing an existing API in that system. The data transfer system must be built in Access VBA and interoperate with Salesforces API, including utilizing the Salesforce OAuth2 system as necessary. A multi-step process will be required: transfer some information, get an ID; transfer some more information, get another ID; use both of those IDs in another transfer of information.
