Wellspring Personal Care is seeking experienced and compassionate live-in CNAs for clients needing assistance with all activities of daily living, and who may require Hoyer lift transfers. Must be an excellent team player. Our live-in caregivers work a three or four day a week schedule, with the option of an alternating 4th day. Time and one half overtime pay for all hours worked over 40 in a work week. Pay rate is $15.00 per hour. Excellent nursing oversight and support. Paid training and weekly compensation. Electronic daily care notes are posted daily using a tablet in the client's home. Applicants able to travel to Chicago, Northern, Western and Southern suburbs are encouraged to apply. Immediate opening with long term client in Hyde Park area of Chicago.
Job Requirements
Ideal candidates will have some knowledge or experience working with brain injured clients. Candidates with flexible work schedules and able to work fill-in shifts are also encouraged to apply. Must have passed the IL home care worker background check. Must be available to participate in virtual interview pre-screening. We drug screen upon offer of employment.
