We are working to ensure social distancing within our facility. We have installed physical barriers throughout our facility such as plexi-glass or plastic barriers between team member work stations. Each day, temperature screens are performed for each employee and visitor before entering the facility. Face coverings are provided and required over the mouth and nose at all times when inside the facility, and enhanced cleaning and sanitation is regularly performed.u00A0u00A0Hatchery maintenance mechanicsu00A0are responsible for keeping all hatchery equipment running and the preventative maintenanceu00A0done on all equipment. Must be able to bend, squatu00A0and lift approximately 50 lbs.u00A0The job requires some overhead lifting of about 20 lbs when working in setters.Must be able to work in temperature up tou00A0100u00A0degrees in setters; however, there areu00A0overhead fans in the setters circulating the air.Must be able to climb a ladder at times carrying about 15 lbs (?)u00A0(weight of a 1/15 HP motor with blower wheel attached).Must have electrical knowledge and able to work with electricity such as wiring, motors,u00A0light fixtures, running conduit, replacing motors andu00A0working aroundu00A0electronic control boards.Mustu00A0be able tou00A0climb stairsu00A0onto the roof once every month to clean filters and wash out A/C unitsu00A0and make repairs as needed.u00A0Must be able to climb a ladder.u00A0EOE/Vet/Disabledu00A0u00A0u00A0
