Civil Litigation Paralegal
The candidate will handling civil litigation cases through all stages, including pre-lit and through trial. Must possess excellent organizational skills, computer knowledge of software programs (ie: Microsoft Office, ICCES, Westlaw Next, Lexis Nexis), and superior writing skills. Must be able to assume a diverse and large case load, be proficient in all aspects of complex personal injury cases and willingness to take on other Civil cases. A minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury cases is required.
