Working under the direction of the maintenance coordinator and responsible for building repairs and maintenance work.
Requirements
Valid drivers license.
Good organization and planning skills.
Must be able to communicate well at all levels.
Must be able to deal with multiple priorities.
Must be able to work in a fast work environment.
Implementation of company policies and procedures.
Maintain PQA Certification
Ability to work well with others.
Must have a minimum of one-year experience in a maintenance or construction related field.
