Job Description
Manage the Integrated Pest
Management Program in accordance with State and Federal regulations, to ensure
that it has been implemented and maintained effectively to support a pest-free
environment.
Develop, implement, maintain and
administer the sanitation programs to ensure that all products are
manufactured in a sanitary environment.
Serve as backup HACCP Coordinator.
Complete
monthly walkthroughs of the facilities and report findings on cleanliness,
sanitation, and code violations
Engage in a safe and healthy work
environment in order to strive for zero accidents.
Maintain a safe working environment
in compliance with the plant policies, local laws, and OSHA/MSHA standards.
Ensure completion of behavioral-based safety observations and communication.
Promote an open environment for
safety continuous improvement while holding a level of individual
accountability.
Conduct and assist with new hire
safety training including record keeping for new hire follow-up.
Assist with safety
program execution.
