The candidate will provide staff within the Office of General Counsel (OGC) with daily internal hardware and software computer support, including the ability to maintain, analyze and monitor hardware and software functionality; maintain currency of OGC library to include OGC compilation of University policies and procedures; manage hardware and software needs and perform basic troubleshooting; determine and recommend products or services that best fit the needs of the OGC; develop and maintain the OGC website and ensure the site is user-friendly, functional and up to date; Assist the General Counsel and other attorney(s) with routine aspects of factual data compilation and analysis; assist in the development of workshop materials and coordination of workshops; Convey routine information to University administrators on OGC-related matters, such as conducting routine and specific factual information research and data compilation, as directed by attorneys; Review and edit draft contracts to be entered into by the University; and Perform other duties, as required.
