What Qualifacations Are Required?
Bachelor Degree from an Accredited School or Equivalent
5-12 Years of Experience Post Graduation
Revit, AutoCAD, SKetchUP, 3D Modeling Skills
Abillity to provide never before seen designs, and next generation designs.
Excellent communication skills
Proven ability to work collaboratively and with members of cross-functional teams
Fluency in working with clients and illustrating design ideas
What Can You Expect to Be Doing?
Work with clients, the production team, and outside consultants to craft and complete designs
Develop design concepts for various client needs and building types
Perform document production by developing design and technical drawings. Conduct code and product research.
Follow up with project teams and ensure design accuracy is maintained
Work alongside senior staff to evaluate individual project needs and coordinate with consultants
Demonstrate motivation in seeking new responsibilities and challenges
Review drawings, ensure accurate document preparation
