Graduate Fellow
Fellow will assist the Clinic professors in all aspects of their work for clients, including in litigation and other legal matters. Will help supervise law students in their representation of clients. Assist attorneys with ongoing litigation and other legal matters. Tasks may include investigating potential claims against companies and government agencies, researching and drafting briefs, drafting and responding to discovery requests, representing clients at administrative and court hearings. Provide support in supervision of Clinic students and perform related duties as assigned, including some administrative duties that relate to the operation of the Clinic. Tasks include compiling teaching materials and model documents for student use and supervising students in research and writing.
