Project Manager(Heavy Civil/Construction)
Well respected heavy civil/site contractor is looking for a Project Manager to join their talented staff:
Leadership role and generous salary package!
Roles and Responsibilities:
Organizing, managing, and planning a variety of site development and/or roadway construction
projects.
Total project coordination.
Work on projects in value up to $20 million.
Client and inspection staff interaction in regard to contract change orders, item payments, and material testing.
Job bidding and job cost analysis.
Conduct project meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
Onsite assessments.
Communication with foreman.
Monthly progress reports.
Budgeting and estimating.
Qualifications:
2-5 years experience in project management.
Bachelor’s Degree required. Engineering Degree preferred.
Proposals and staffing estimates experience.
PennDOT, NJDOT, PANYNJ, and NJTA experience preferred.
Experience working with HCSS Software.
PE license preferred.
Leadership qualities.
