The candidate will handle cases from opening to closing and work well independently. Will set up file and prepare for attorney and team review. Communicate with clients and attorney directly. Gather and prepare all relevant information regarding accident, medical, police, witness, and demographic information of clients. Finalize cases for demand. Negotiate reductions to providers and draft closing statements. Should have 2+ years of pre-litigation experience. Must have excellent communication skills, written and spoken. Bi-lingual is required.
